How and when do I report shipping damage?

Even if the products of RS Barcelona are very securely packed (large goods on pallet), we recommend checking the delivery (packaging + goods) directly. If shipping damage occurs during the forwarding shipment, these must be notified immediately, at the latest within 24 hours.
